Return and Refund
We hope you and your client are completely satisfied with your artwork. However, if for any reason you (or your client) are (is) not satisfied with your purchase, we do have a return policy in place.
Please note that if you wish to return your item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at CONTACT. The artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process, including where to send the item.
Once we receive your returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If everything checks out, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
